		<description>No they should not but surely a big majority speak some english Us australians do not learn the 200 different languages of Aboriginal as most have knowledge of English also . But if you where going to a country that spoke French or japanese it would be helpful to know one or 2 phrases such as Goodmorning good evening i need help . please and thankyou and possibly take a dictionary that interprets your language and theirs&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>I guess in South Africa, you will get by easily anywhere in the country if you can speak english cos although there are 11 languages, the majority do know  English.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
