I used it extensively when I was setting up a vacation rental ( cabins ) business. The folks are very knowledgeable and the information is excellent. Another site to check out for demographics and basic trends is Travel Industry Association ( www.tia.org) . There are a number of reports there- some are free- enough to get you started. Another group I found helpful was the Small Business Administration. They have local groups and representatives at state colleges. They had tons of info. If you are interested in bed and breakfasts - here is another link-www.businessplanworld.com/plan - there is free info at that site. Good luck.
