Uzbekistan reflects on the state of its tourism industry

Zakhid Khakimov, chairman of the national company “Uzbektourism” talks about how his country tourism industry is faring.
Leaders were speaking at the United Nations World Tourism Organizations (UNWTO) 18th General Assembly in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
Tourism ministers and representatives from 142 countries met in Astana to encourage people to travel again, over 700 delegates attended the event.
