Seaside Development – Main part1, Show #68

Most of the Cambodian islands were unknown and untouched until recent years. But today, almost all islands have been leased for tourism development. National parks are being reamed for profit while developers say they protect the natural assets. This is a sequence extracted from the Equity Weekly TV show #68, broadcast on 14/12/08, produced by UNDP and TVK, with support from SIDA, AusAid, Canadian International Development Agency and Irish Aid as part of the SDEP (Strengthening Democracy and Electoral Processes in Cambodia) project of UNDP CAMBODIA.
