Sustainable Tourism – For how long?

The push is on for tourism operators in New Zealand to operate sustainably.

A key marketing point for NZ Tourism is to be clean and green and ‘100% Pure’, yet we are faced with the bulk of tourist arriving by long haul jet aircraft.

It’s an important selling point – yet inbound tourists are becoming more aware of their environmental footprint.
