		<description>&lt;b&gt;I have a friend who ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I have a friend who was born in Kazakstan and recently became a United States citizen but when my friend wanted to also maintain a passport from the birth country was not only denied by a representative of the U.S. embassy but was treated very, very offensively. Is this typical?!?</description>
