i read a magazine "aging into primetime" but that was not enough.

The Caribbean is best known for its beach resorts but you will also find jungle/rainforest lodges here. For some islands, like Dominica, sustainable tourism (ecotourism) is becoming a way to preserve their islands. Eco lodges are the norm there. You are mixing up Abu Dhabi with Dubai! Al-Mankhool is in Dubai and not Abu Dhabi.

Eco tourism is held as important by those who participate in it so that future generations may experience aspects of the environment relatively untouched by human intervention.[1] As defined by the co-founder of the Center for Responsible Travel, Martha Honey, Ph.D., in her book Ecotourism and Sustainable Development, Second Edition: Who Owns Paradise?.
