They do it with "Tourism Plan Horizon 2020".

Incidentally, Spain’s former prime minister José Maria Aznar has compared global warming alarmist to communists. This is particularly troubling since in 1998, it was Mr. Aznar himself who signed the Kyoto Protocol.

Most of us alarmists aspire to be communists and welcome that description, but its sad to see that some people are beginning to think for themselves. Alas Jose, we will miss you….but we have plenty more sheep to take your place.
