There are only 2 degrees I am interested in. One being travel/tourism and the other being – , Oenolgy(wine making)

I am wondering if 2 yr degrees are a scam (?) I would need to make atleast 40,000 a yr. Would either of these degrees realistically or likely qualify me for a decent paid job in either of these fields?

NO most wineries require a University degree in Oenology or a related discipline (Food Science, Sciences).

as for tourism , 2 year program will suffice.

How many days would a tourist all the way from Australia need in New York to see everything a tourist sould see?

Years and years. New York is a constantly evolving city with an endless number of attractions. Even to see only the "major" museums and other attractions would take longer than any typical vacation–and since there are SO many things to do here, there is no list of major attractions that fits every visitor or that EVERYONE "should" see. The best thing you can do is get a good NYC guide book (and visit the Web sites of the museums you’re interested in to see what exhibits will be open then) and make a list of everything you are interested in. Then prioritize. THEN enlist the help of someone here, or a concierge at your hotel if your hotel has one, to work on an itinerary that makes sense based on the locations of the places you’d like to see.

That being said, you can make a big dent in the city in a week.

My daughter (who is a teacher) would like to have some information on India (brochures, maps, ect…) sent to her for a "tapestry of culture" day at her school. All the U.S. states have an office of tourism where you can request info sent to you. Does anyone know of a website where you can request info be sent to you about India?

There are many different definitions of sustainable tourism, or responsible tourism, that have been developed over the last decade. Most tend to assume that all tourists are responsible for respecting and conserving a location’s economic, environmental, and socio-cultural balances.

I know we get into Dollywood, Cirque De Chine, Parrot Mountain, Ober Tram for free. And we get into most dinner shows for under $10.00 but I was wondering if there was anything else that I wasnt aware of…
